Located in the Daga International Art Zone in Tongzhou, Beijing, this project spans 45 acres and integrates various business formats to create a comprehensive community complex that embodies an upscale lifestyle. Our aim is to make children's dreams come true. The Adler Team carefully oversees every stage of the project, from initial research and design to spatial planning, implementation, and operations, ensuring that the Timmy World parent-child theme park aligns with our original vision.
The Daogao International Art District in Beijing is a vibrant space that brings together contemporary art, cutting-edge fashion, creative design, and entertainment. The district is created by transforming abandoned industrial buildings from a former Sino-Italian partnership, resulting in a unique post-industrial environment that fosters creativity and relevance. Spanning 45 acres, this SOHO-style art community encapsulates an international flair and loft lifestyle, positioning itself as a center for contemporary art and fashion. Adler, the main service provider for Timmy's World, has begun on-site research and planning for the project.

The mid-term planning and design follow the strategy of "IP design + thematic scenes + venue planning." The Adler Team skillfully integrates the entire space with an artistic touch. The character Timmy takes a journey through the "Budapest Grand Hotel," showcasing a highly creative approach to spatial storytelling.
The Timmy's World in the Grand Draft Art Zone brings the essence of "The Grand Budapest Hotel" to life in a parent-child amusement park. The stunning venue is designed with great attention to detail, blending beautiful scenery, artistic elements, bright colors, and lavish decorations. As a result, the park resembles a charming dollhouse or a magical candy land. This project highlights the versatility of an indoor children's amusement park, emphasizing the storytelling aspect of the environment and creating an emotionally rich space that enhances the experience of Timmy's World.
The independent space is organized into three levels: the first level features a play area, the second level includes a small train and a dining area, and the third level offers a toy house observation deck.
Timmy's world is visually stunning, combining art and aesthetics. With a 360-degree panoramic view, it enables parents to easily keep an eye on their children's play activities while enjoying a hands-free experience.

Timmy's world emphasizes play, education, social skills, and physical activity for children aged 0-8. We create a premium, inviting space for play and learning, enabling young children to thrive through enjoyable activities.
