Yantai, Shandong, China - FreeBox Parent-Child Fun Growth Center

Project Introduction

Project Size: 2500㎡

Pre-project Research and Planning

Every city has landmark locations that highlight its high-end lifestyle and top resources. These landmarks are synonymous with quality living. Yantai Vientiane Hu, leading the largest emerging business district in Shandong, represents itself as a premier destination for families and a vibrant gathering spot for youth.

Adler, drawing on years of experience in China's theme park industry, has partnered with Vientiane Hu to develop the Feierbao Fun Growth Center, which integrates dining, entertainment, and swimming activities.

The Adler Team has carefully planned the FreeBox Parent-Child Fun Growth Center, starting from initial research and proposal design to spatial layout, decoration, and operations, in order to achieve the ideal vision for the project.

In the mid-term plan, during the global pandemic, the Adler team was assigned to develop a parent-child restaurant. This task, though not entirely new, felt particularly meaningful amidst the pandemic. While many families were happily celebrating the Dragon Boat Festival together, the designers dedicated an entire month to working diligently. At last, they unveiled the results of their hard work to everyone.

The design of the Yantai FreeBox Parent-Child Fun Growth Center aims to highlight the brand's image and stand out from common design trends in the market. The lead designer has created a layout that harmoniously integrates a dining area for parents and children with a children's playground. This innovative approach connects the two spaces while embracing the playful spirit of children.

This project involves several stages: investment assessment, project initiation, planning and design, construction, and operational opening. The project leader will be on-site for 45 days, carefully monitoring every detail, including color, shape, and materials. If any aspect fails to meet our standards, we will need to redo it.

Initial renderings show that the space will be divided into a play area and a dining area. The play area features popular facilities for children, while the restaurant offers parents a 360-degree view, allowing them to relax and keep an eye on their kids as they play.

Renovation Construction Phase

The entire construction phase for this project will last 100 days, taking place from June to September 2021, with a significant focus on restoring the site.

To manage the construction process effectively, we will enhance our management practices, including careful planning of machinery, equipment, and labor.

We prioritize the quality of each step while also aiming to save time and improve efficiency.

We will implement a scientific approach to assembly line construction and strictly follow the construction schedule to ensure that all tasks are completed on time, with high quality and productivity.

We prioritize safety by carefully reviewing and selecting these materials. Every item in the park is eco-friendly and designed with extensive soft packaging techniques. Additionally, all corners are reinforced to minimize the risk of injury, greatly improving safety during play.
