Yuncheng, Shanxi, China - Children's Growth Paradise

Project Space Planning Site

1. Total site area: approximately 1000㎡

2. Designable area: approximately 900㎡

3. Height of the site: approximately 7.45m

The term "Children's park design" might seem unique, but it actually follows the same design principles used in architectural and indoor spaces. However, the spatial design of children's commercial areas has its own distinctive style. When designing these spaces, the design team must address both the needs of children and the commercial aspects, which places significant demands on their expertise. Consequently, the design team has developed various concepts for children's commercial spaces to align with market expectations.

Client's Site Requirements

1. Considering the site's height, incorporate physical activity projects with slides of varying heights suitable for different age groups.

2. Utilize the site's depth to create various themed role-playing houses.

3. Include designated areas for service desks, shoe changing, a stage, and more.

Overall Design Concept

Create a high-end themed parent-child amusement park that integrates "play - physical activity," "role-playing - learning," and "education - parent-child interaction."

Planning and Design

"Spatial layout" describes the overall orientation of a site. While it may seem ordinary and lacking in aesthetic appeal, it actually forms the essential foundation for site construction. This aspect is crucial in evaluating the expertise of a design team. As a result, a professional design team places significant importance on the spatial layout.

Service Area: This is the main entrance to the venue and experiences a high volume of foot traffic. The design of this area should be open and spacious to facilitate smooth movement and prevent crowding.

Role-Playing Area - Layout

Role-Playing Area: This is the main exhibition space of the venue, featuring several uniquely shaped areas created by intricate architectural designs. Space usage is thoughtfully arranged to fulfill the venue's functional needs. A multi-layered design increases the height, ensuring a comfortable environment. The second floor links different areas via specially designed corridors, improving circulation, playability, and interactivity throughout the space.

Naughty City Area - Layout

The Naughty City area: The design of the high-rise structure is intended to efficiently manage the movement of people, guiding them toward the back to improve overall flow and enhance the entertainment experience. By using effective layout ratios, the design ensures that the venue feels less empty and more vibrant. This approach adds a sense of fullness and depth to the space, creating a more cohesive and visually appealing environment. Overall layout plan.

Project Effect Design

Renderings are a crucial standard for assessing a project's quality and provide the clearest visual representation of the design concept following the initial spatial design thinking phase. At this point, designers must transition from two-dimensional to three-dimensional thinking and consider various factors, including structure, color, and lighting, to create a comprehensive design.

Project Engineering and Construction

broken image

Engineering design is essential to the entire project process, acting as a bridge between different stages. The design team must create the product based on the designer's concept and clearly communicate the necessary dimensions and production requirements to the construction team. The construction team must thoroughly understand the product and have experience with its features and customization standards. This knowledge is especially important when working with more complex products to avoid any discrepancies. A skilled construction design team is crucial for successfully executing the project. In summary, both engineering design and construction are vital for the project's successful completion.

Engineering Design Blueprints

Construction drawings are detailed diagrams that outline a product. They must be precise and comprehensive enough for the next team to understand what needs to be done and how to do it. This process involves teamwork, where the entire construction team collaborates to combine all relevant information, enabling the subsequent team to work efficiently and systematically.

There are up to a hundred pages of various diagrams, including framework structure diagrams, shape structure diagrams, positioning diagrams, and dimension diagrams. Additionally, there are material lists related to calculations. However, due to the large quantity, not all hundred drawings will be shown individually here.

Project Implementation

The "project implementation" phase marks the completion of the entire project. After thorough refinement by the experts and ongoing collaboration between departments, we have successfully finished the production and installation of the entire site.
